基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace对近20年年中中医医药治疗ION的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的梳理近20年中医药治疗缺血性视神经病变(ION)的相关文献,了解该领域的研究热点和发展趋势,为综合治疗及未来研究方向提供思路。方法检索中国知网、维普网、万方医学网、Pub Med、Embase、Cochrane Library数据库中2000年1月1日—2022年10月31日收录的有关中医治疗ION的相关文献。采用文献计量学研究方法,运用Excel软件绘制年发文量统计图,运用VOSviewer和Cite Space系统构建文献作者、机构及关键词的可视化图谱并进行分析。结果本研究共纳入373篇文献,整体发文量呈逐年上升趋势;已形成以韦企平、张铭连、杨继若、郑艳霞、王影等为代表的研究团队;关键词共现可见频次较高的关键词为前部缺血性视神经病变、非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)、针刺、中西医结合等;关键词聚类分析共得到9个聚类;关键词时间线图发现针刺、中药始终作为近20年中医药治疗该领域的主要干预方法。结论近20年来国内中医药治疗ION领域的研究热度逐渐增加,尤其是在NAION领域,中医药对NAION的治疗思想、干预手段朝着中西医结合治疗、内外兼治、针药并用的方向逐渐发展。OBJECTIVE To review the related literature on the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy(ION)by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the past 20 years,to understand the research hotspots and development trends in this field,in order to provide ideas for comprehensive treatment of the disease and future research directions.METHODS Relevant literatures on TCM treatment of ION included from January 1st,2000 to October 31st,2022 in the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library were retrieved.Using bibliometric research methods,the annual publication count was plotted using Excel software.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to construct visual maps of literature authors,institutions,and keywords for analysis.RESULTS A total of 373 articles were included in this study,and the overall publication count showed an upward trend.Research teams represented by WEI Qiping,ZHANG Minglian,YANG Jiruo,ZHENG Yanxia,and WANG Ying have been formed.The frequently co-occurring keywords included anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION),acupuncture,and integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Cluster analysis of keywords yielded nine clusters.The keyword timeline graph revealed that acupuncture and Chinese medicine have consistently been the main intervention methods in TCM treatment in this field over the past 20 years.CONCLUSIONS The research interest in the field of TCM treatment for ION has gradually increased in the past 20 years in China,especially in the area of NAION.The treatment ideology and intervention methods of TCM for NAION have been gradually developing towards the direction of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,combined internal and external treatments,and the use of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in combination.
