祁宝玉辨病与辨证相结合思想在眼科的应用

摘　　要：辨病与辨证相结合古而有之,历年来是中医学论治疾病的有效途径。由于历史的局限性,古代眼科医家对外障眼病认识较多,侧重于辨病论治。随着现代诊疗技术的发展,形成了较为完整的中医眼科辨病辨证相结合的思维模式。祁宝玉教授指出辨病与辨证相结合主要体现在眼病的诊断、治疗、调摄等方面的优势互补和思维的互相启发中,应用时需根据实际病情有所侧重,方能提高临床疗效。本文主要阐述了眼科辨病与辨证相结合思想的历史发展,并总结了名老中医祁宝玉教授辨病与辨证相结合思想在眼科实践中的应用。The combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation has existed since ancient times,and been an effective way for Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat diseases over the years.Due to historical limitations,ancient ophthalmologists had a greater understanding of external eye diseases and focused on disease differentiation and treatment.With the development of modern diagnosis and treatment technology,a relatively complete thinking mode combining ophthalmic disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation has been formed.Professor QI Baoyu pointed out that the application of combining disease and syndrome differentiation in eye diseases is mainly reflected in the complementary advantages and mutual inspiration of thinking in the diagnosis,treatment,and modulation of eye diseases.It is necessary to focus on the actual condition in order to improve clinical efficacy when applying the thought.This article mainly elaborates on the historical development of the thought of combining disease and syndrome differentiation in ophthalmology,and summarizes the application of Professor QI Baoyu's thought of combining disease and syndrome differentiation in ophthalmology practice.
