基于“圆运动”理论从肝脾论治单纯性近视

摘　　要：基于“圆运动”理论从肝脾论治单纯性近视,陈向东认为其病机为肝失敷和,斡旋逆乱,四维不运,外轮失圆,轴运不灵,中土亏虚,备化失司,气血乏源,两脏合病,运动失圆,睛明失荣。因此,基于临床实践及“圆运动”理论从肝脾论治单纯性近视,提出“养肝疏木,温脾补土,枢利气机,开窍明目”的治疗原则,并根据此治疗原则自拟疏木养木,调和中州,开窍明目之增视明目2号方,为指导单纯性近视临床治疗提供思路。Based on the theory of"circular movement",the etiology and characteristics of simple myopia were treated from the perspective of liver and spleen.CHEN Xiangdong believes that the pathogenesis of simple myopia is liver disharmony,mediation disorder,lack of fourdimensional mobility,lack of roundness in the outer wheel,lack of axial mobility,deficiency in the middle earth,loss of preparation,lack of source of Qi and blood,joint disorder of the two organs,lack of roundness in movement,and loss of glory in eye.Therefore,the treatment of simple myopia is started from the perspective of liver and spleen based on clinical practice and the theory of"circular movement",the treatment principle of"nourishing liver,warming spleen,promoting Qi activity,and enlightening the eyes"is put forward.Based on this treatment principle,the Zengshi Mingmu 2 Formular is proposed,which is to nourish liver,regulate spleen,and enlighten the eyes.This may provide ideas for guiding the clinical treatment of simple myopia.
