中药单体治疗青光眼性视神经病变的研究进展

摘　　要：青光眼是一种表现为眼压升高、视神经萎缩和视野缺损的致盲性眼病。青光眼性视神经病变(GON)的病理基础是视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)的不可逆性损伤。GON的发病机制与眼压、氧化应激反应、谷氨酸毒性作用、自身免疫损伤及细胞因子等因素相关,这些因素会加速视神经和RGC的损害。本文对近年来中药单体治疗GON的文献进行综述,发现目前有些中药单体有抗氧化应激、抑制谷氨酸兴奋性毒性、调节免疫功能等保护视神经的作用。这些中药单体利于后续新药研发,可为治疗GON提供更多元的选择。Glaucoma is a blinding eye disease characterized by elevated intraocular pressure,optic nerve atrophy and visual field defects.Glaucomatous optic neuropathy(GON)is characterized by irreversible damage to retinal ganglion cell(RGC).The pathogenesis of GON is related to factors such as intraocular pressure,oxidative stress,excitotoxicity of glutamate,autoimmune damage,and cytokines,which accelerate the damage to the optic nerve and RGC.In this paper,we reviewed the literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)monotherapy for GON in recent years and found that certain TCM monomers exhibit protective effects on the optic nerve by exerting antioxidant,excitotoxicity-inhibiting,and immune-regulating actions.These TCM monomers hold promise for the development of novel medicines and provide a diverse range of options for the treatment of GON.
