摘　　要：论述了基于集成产品开发的管理系统模式,结合其在智能制造装备企业管理变革中的实施,阐述了集成产品开发管理系统理论基础,提出了该系统的建设方案,从而实现了企业快速提升组织管理能力的目标,并为同行业提供了可借鉴的管理创新模式。In this thesis,the management system model based on integrated product development is discussed,its implementation of the management innovation in intelligent manufacturing equipment enterprises is combined to elaborate the theoretical basis of the integrated product development management system and put forward a construction plan for the system,so the goal of improving organizational management capabilities rapidly in the enterprise can be realized and the reference management innovation model can be provided for the same industry.
