摘 要:空气源热泵热水机在低环温高水温运行条件下会出现压缩比高、排气温度高的问题。研究了复叠式空气源热泵在不同运行工况下的经济性和可靠性。通过实验测得样机在低温热泵国标GB/T 25127-2020名义制热环境温度、80℃出水工况下,系统COP达到了1.7;国标GB/T 25127-2020低温制热环境温度、80℃出水工况下,系统COP也达到1.32。实验结果表明:高温级压缩机的排气温度随环温的升高变化相对较小且是呈降低趋势,低温级压缩机的排气温度随环温变化相对较大且呈上升趋势;同水温条件下,随着环温的下降,单级运行和双级运行的制热量都是下降的,但双级运行的制热量高于单级运行的制热量,且随着环温降低制热量优势愈明显;另外,通过实验数据也验证了系统的可行性。Air source heat pump water heater will have the problem of high compression ratio and high exhaust temperature under the operating conditions of low ring temperature and high water temperature.The economy and reliability of cascade air source heat pump under different operating conditions were studied.Through experiments,the prototype reached 1.7 under the nominal heating ambient temperature and 80℃effluent conditions of the national standard GB/T 25127-2020 low-temperature heat pump,and the system COP also reached 1.32 under the national standard GB/T 25127-2020 low-temperature heating ambient temperature and 80℃effluent conditions.Theexperimental results show that the exhaust temperature of the high-temperature compressor changes relatively little with the increase of the ring temperature and shows a decreasing trend,while the exhaust temperature of the low-temperature compressor changes relatively large with the ambient temperature and shows an increasing trend.Under the same water temperature conditions,with the decrease of the ambient temperature,the heat of single-stage operation and double-stage operation decreases,but the heating capacity of double-stage operation is higher than that of single-stage operation,and the advantage of heating production becomes more obvious as the ambient temperature decreases;In addition,the feasibility of the system is verified by experimental data.
