摘 要:薄壁化冰箱可有效提升产品容积率,为行业发展趋势。本文依托极致薄壁化泡层设计,使冰箱容积率高达55.5%,实现了大容积率风冷冰箱设计。通过单循环制冷系统设计,蒸发器和冷凝器优化设计,高效风道设计,化霜水管水封设计、高效变频压缩机和变频控制规则优化设计等一系列方案应用,薄壁冰箱不使用VIP板条件下,实现了国标一级能效,且整机成本得到进一步降低,有效提升产品竞争力。Thin-wall refrigerator can effectively improve the product floor area ratio,for the development trend of the industry.Based on the design of extreme thin-wall foam layer,the volume ratio of refrigerator is as high as 55.5%,realizing the design of air-cooled refrigerator with large volume ratio.Through single cycle refrigeration system design,evaporator and condenser optimization design,efficient air duct design,defrosting water seal design,efficient frequency conversion compressor and frequency conversion control rules optimization design and a series of scheme application,thin-wall refrigerator does not use the VIP plate condition,implements the national standard level of energy efficiency,and the machine cost is further reduce,effectively enhance product competitiveness.
