摘  要:围绕全预混冷凝式燃气热水设备提升功率调节比问题,本文主要介绍了具有超宽频负荷调节的全预混燃烧系统在全预混冷凝式壁挂炉上应用的系统原理构建以及测试研究,分别展开讨论了其中预混器和燃烧器等关键部件的基本结构原理以及整机运行试验结果。试验结果表明,本文所述的双通道文丘里混合结构预混器和分段燃烧结构燃烧器的配合使用,能稳定保证燃烧系统燃气与空气的进气混合效果及其燃烧稳定性,并可实现全预混燃烧器分段燃烧,得到较大的宽频功率调节范围,提升用户的使用需求便利及低热负荷舒适性。Focusing on the issue of improving the power regulation ratio of the fully premixed condensing gas hot water equipment,this article mainly introduces the system principle construction and testing research of the fully premixed combustion system with ultra-broadband load regulation applied to the fully premixed condensing wall mounted boiler.The basic structural principles of key components such as the premixer and burner,as well as the overall operation test results,are discussed separately.The experimental results show that the combination of the dual-channel venturi mixed structure premixer and segmented combustion structure burner described in this article can stably ensure the intake mixing effect of gas and air in the combustion system and its combustion stability,and can realize the segmented combustion of the full premixed burner,obtaining a lager broadband power adjustment range,improving the convenience of user needs and low load comfort.
