摘　　要：课程是大学提高人才培养质量与实现人才培养目标的主要媒介,教师是课程改革与课程发展的主体性力量,课程与教师自然而然在大学里成为了紧密联系的“共同体”“关联体”。“金课”建设促成了课程更好地发挥好人才培养的功用,高校建设“金课”,当然也回避不了教师的课程权力。可以说,大学教师的课程权力是高校“金课”建设的着力点。教师在“金课”建设中要抓好课程改革,助力大学课程改革与建设;要发挥好教研室作为教师“金课”建设的组织保障作用;要建立健全课程考核评价机制,为教师“金课”建设赋能。Curriculum is the main medium for universities to improve the quality of talent training and achieve the goal of talent training.Teachers are the main force of curriculum reform and curriculum development.Courses and teachers naturally become closely connected"communities"and"associations"in universities.The construction of"first-class courses"has play its utility.The constructions of"first-class courses"in universities cannot avoid to reshape university teachers’curriculum power.Reshaping university teachers’curriculum power is the focal points of constructing of"first-class courses"in universities.In the construction of“first-class courses”,teachers should pay more attention to the curriculum reform and construction.It is necessary to establish and perfect the mechanism of curriculum assessment and evaluation,so as to endow teachers with the ability of“first-class courses”construction.
