摘　　要：本文分析了自然资源电子政务平台建设中存在信息系统建设分散,数据共享困难、缺少全流程业务串联主线等现实问题,提出了统一业务平台、共建共享数据管理、全生命周期管理、多维度对接等解决方案。以乌鲁木齐为例,开展了自然资源一体化电子政务平台设计与建设,该平台具有“搭建式、插件式、配置式”集成开发技术、分布式空间大数据管理、一码管地等特点,实现市、区(县)两级自然资源信息集聚整合,为自然资源业务融合和履行“两统一”职责,创新管理方式,提供了重要技术支撑。This paper analyzes the practical problems in the construction of natural resources e-government platform,such as scattered information system construction,difficult data sharing,lack of whole process business series main line,and puts forward solutions such as unified business platform,co-construction and sharing data management,whole life cycle management,and multi-dimensional docking.Taking Urumqi as an example,the design and construction of an integrated e-government platform for natural resources has been carried out.The platform has the characteristics of "building,plug-in and configuration" integrated development technology,distributed spatial big data management and one code management of land,so as to realize the centralized integration of natural resources information at the municipal,district(county) levels.It provides important technical support for the integration of natural resources business,the performance of "two unification" responsibilities and the innovation of management methods.
