摘  要:传统基础地理信息测绘方法越来越难以满足基础地理数据快速生产更新的需求,本文利用二三维一体化技术进行基础地理信息数据采集处理,实现二维和三维地理信息产品的同步生产输出,从而实现降本增效,快速完成数据成果生产更新。通过对二三维一体化作业流程进行归纳总结,利用某地区基础地理数据测绘项目对技术方法进行应用研究,从多元化成果精度、投入成本、作业效率等方面验证了二三维一体化技术方法的可靠性,并对其作业优势及新型测绘体系建设方向进行分析总结,以二三维一体化为技术手段,不断融合新型测绘技术,不断推进新型基础测绘体系发展进步。It is increasingly difficult for traditional fundamental geographic information surveying and mapping methods to meet the needs of rapid production and update of fundamental geographic data.In this paper,2D and 3D integration technology is used to collect and process fundamental geographic information data,achieving synchronous production and output of 2D and 3D geographic information products,so as to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and quickly complete the production and update of data results.By summarizing and summarizing 2D and 3D integrated operation process,and using the fundamental geographic data surveying and mapping project of a region to carry out the application research on the technical method,the reliability of 2D and 3D integrated technology and method is verified from the aspects of the accuracy of diversified results,input cost and operational efficiency,and its operational advantages and the construction direction of the new fundamental surveying and mapping system are analyzed and summarized.With 2D and 3D integration as the technical means,constantly integrate new surveying and mapping technology,and constantly promote the development and progress of new fundamental surveying and mapping system.
