摘 要:当前,机载雷达点云主要是应用于制作数字高程模型,应用数据高程模型制作各类遥感影像、航空影像正射图,较少被利用来制作数字表面模型,且少部分雷达点云处理生产的数字表面模型由于缺乏相应的技术导致效果不好。本文基于福建省基础测绘生产项目,以福建省基础测绘生产项目中的点云数据和航摄影像作为数据来源,在数据预处理阶段对数字表面模型中的异常点和漏洞区域提出识别与处理的方法,在数据处理阶段对数字表面模型中的房屋、道路、水域等特征地物处不能反映真实表面模型进行模型恢复。实验证明,本文提出的数字表面模型生产关键技术能够生产出质量较高的DSM,具有一定的实用价值。Currently,airborne LiDAR point cloud are mainly used to create digital elevation models,and data elevation models are used to create various remote sensing images and aerial image orthophotos.They are rarely used to create digital surface models,and a small number of digital surface models produced by LiDAR point cloud processing are not effective due to the lack of appropriate technology.This paper is based on the fundamental surveying and mapping production project of Fujian province,the point cloud data and aerial images in the fundamental surveying and mapping production project of Fujian province are taken as data sources,and the identification and processing methods for abnormal points and vulnerability areas in the digital surface model are proposed in the data pre-processing stage.In the data processing stage,model restoration is performed on features such as houses,roads,and water bodies in the digital surface model that can not reflect the true surface model.The experimental results show that the key technology of digital surface model production can produce DSM with higher quality and has certain practical value.
