摘　　要：基于HJ636-2012水质总氮测定中高压灭菌器消解存在的问题,通过对消解温度、时间、消解器、干扰情况等分析,说明用电热恒温干燥箱在125℃恒温40 min,自然退至室温,替代环境监测标准要求的高压灭菌器进行批量水质消解,该方法可以在水质总氮监测中推广应用。Based on the problems of autoclave digestion in HJ636-2012 determination of total nitrogen in water quality,this paper analyzes the digestion temperature,time,digester and interference,and shows that the electrothermal constant-temperature drying oven is kept at 125℃for 40 min,and naturally returns to room temperature to replace the autoclave required by environmental monitoring standards for batch water quality digestion.This method can be popularized and applied in water quality total nitrogen monitoring.
