摘 要:在评价柴油的低温性能时,冷滤点是1项至关重要的指标,它反映了柴油在低温环境下的流动性能。因此,提高冷滤点检测结果的准确性对保证柴油安全输送和指导使用工艺具有非常重要的意义。为确保冷滤点测试结果的准确性,研究人员必须满足一定的测量条件,包括严格控制试验设备的稳定性和精度、样品的存储和处理等方面。同时,许多如水分和杂质、降凝剂、试验设备和运行等因素,均可能影响到冷滤点测定值的准确性。此研究针对水分和杂质、降凝剂、试验设备和运行等多种影响因素,提出了相应的改进措施。In evaluating the low temperature performance of diesel oil,the cold filter plugging point is a crucial indicator,which reflects the flow performance of diesel oil in low temperature environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the accuracy of the cold filter plugging point detection results to ensure the safe transportation of diesel oil and guide the use process.In order to ensure the accuracy of the cold filter test results,researchers must consider certain measurement conditions,including strict control of the stability and accuracy of the test equipment,sample storage and processing.At the same time,many factors,such as moisture and impurities,coagulants,test equipment and operation,may affect the accuracy of the cold filter plugging point measurement value.In view of the influence factors such as moisture and impurities,decoagulant,test equipment and operation,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
