摘  要:文中介绍了某石化公司200×10^(4)t/a快速床高效再生催化裂化装置硫转移剂的工业应用情况。应用结果表明,在原料硫质量分数为0.5606%、硫转移剂占系统催化剂藏量2%条件下,烟气中的SO_(2)浓度由977 mg/m^(3)降低至248 mg/m^(3),降低幅度达到74.61%,且脱硫塔外排烟羽蓝烟拖尾现象明显改善,肉眼基本观察不到蓝烟,脱硫塔外排烟气呈现水蒸气白色,厂区临近区域地面也不再出现蓝烟现象,改善了厂区的生产和生活环境。应用硫转移剂后碱液消耗减少、硫磺产量增加和加剂成本综合计算效益为190.53万元/a。This paper introduced the industrial application of sulfur transfer agent in 200×10^(4)t/a fast bed catalytic cracking unit of a petrochemical company.The application results showed that,under the condition that the mass fraction of sulfur in raw material was 0.5606%and the sulfur transfer agent accounted for 2%of the system catalyst reserve,the SO_(2)concentration in flue gas decreased from 977 mg/m^(3)to 248 mg/m^(3),with a reduction rate of 74.61%.Moreover,the blue smoke tailing phenomenon in the exhaust smoke plume of desulfurization tower was obviously improved,which could not be observed by naked eye.The exhaust gas of the desulphurization tower was steam white,and there was no blue smoke around the ground in the adjacent area of the plant,which effectively improved the production and living environment of the plant.After the application of sulfur transfer agent,the comprehensive benefit of reducing alkali liquor consumption,increasing sulfur production and adding agent cost was totally 1.9053 million yuan/a.
