摘 要:低温储存广泛应用于乙烯储运过程中,乙烯去往下游装置需从液态变为气态,此过程存在大量冷量损失。文中提出2种可行得冷量利用方案,通过对2种方案内容的具体阐述,重点对2种方案的经济效益进行了分析计算。根据计算结果,发现方案1投资少,实施简单,而方案2经济效益优势更明显。从企业长远发展来看,利用冷能发电方案具有经济效益好、资源利用率高的特点,可作为首选方案。Low temperature storage is widely used in the process of ethylene storage and transportation.The process of ethylene to the downstream unitfrom liquid to gas will loss amount ofrefrigeration capacity.Two feasible refrigeration capacity utilization schemes are proposed above that.Through the elaboration of the specific contents of the two schemes and the analysis and calculation of the economic benefits according to the calculation results,it is found that the 1st scheme has the features of less investment and simpleimplementation,while the 2nd scheme with the high economic benefits.From the long-term perspective of enterprise development,the utilization of refrigeration energy power generation program has good economic benefits,high resource utilization characteristics,which can be used as the first and beast choice.
