环己烷-乙酸共沸体系的分离工艺研究

摘  要:中国石油化工集团有限公司原创性地提出了环己烯酯化加氢制备环己酮新工艺,开发出了新一代环己酮生产技术,并正在中石化湖南石油化工有限公司建设全球最大的环己酮生产线。针对该技术中环己烷-乙酸共沸体系的分离问题,提出采用以水为共沸剂,利用环己烷与水共沸的特性,打破环己烷和乙酸之间的共沸体系,实现环己烷和乙酸的高效分离。结果表明:采用共沸精馏工艺和反应精馏-共沸集成工艺均可实现环己烷和乙酸的高效分离,环己烷中乙酸质量分数小于0.1%,乙酸纯度大于99.8%,均满足工艺要求,但是由于在反应精馏塔中引入水会造成水分下移至反应床层,造成环己烯转化率下降,因此在工业中宜采用共沸精馏工艺。SINOPEC Group has independently proposed a new process of cyclohexene esterification and hydrogenation into cyclohexanone and developed a new generation of cyclohexanone production technology.And SINOPEC Hunan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is building the largest cyclohexanone production line in the world.It was proposed to implement the efficient separation of cyclohexane and acetic acid through breaking the azeotropie system of cyclohexane and acetic acid with water as azeotropic agent based on the azeotropic characteristics of cyclohexane and water.The results showed that the efficient separation of cyclohexane and acetic acid could be achieved by azeotropic distillation process and reactive distillation-azeotropic integrated process as well,and the mass fraction of acetic acid in cyclohexane was lower than 0.1%and the purity of acetic acid was higher than 99.8%,all of which met the process requirements;however,azeotropic distillation process should be adopted in industry since the introduction of water into the reactive distillation column would cause the water to move down to the reaction bed and result in a decrease in cyclohexene conversion.
