摘 要:以脂肪酸甲酯丙烯酸共聚物(M800)为乳化剂、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)为分散剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-8)为清洗剂、伯烷基磺酸钠(PAS80)为渗透剂,复配一种用于氨纶织物表面油剂清洗的除油剂;通过正交实验分析4种主要原料的用量对矿物油和硅油乳化作用的影响,确定了氨纶织物除油剂的较佳配方;并将除油剂用于氨纶织物表面除油,研究了除油剂用量、除油温度及除油时间对除油效果的影响。结果表明:除油剂较佳配方为M800质量分数15%、FMEE质量分数10%、AEO-8质量分数5%、PAS80质量分数15%、其他助剂质量分数1.1%、去离子水质量分数53.9%;随着除油剂用量增大,除油率提高,除油剂浓度超过2.5 g/L后除油率提升缓慢;除油温度低于40℃除油效果差,除油温度高于80℃后除油率提升缓慢;随着除油时间的延长,除油率呈现缓慢上升趋势,除油时间超过25 min后除油率提升很小;在实际生产中,较佳的除油工艺为除油剂浓度2.5 g/L、除油温度70℃、除油时间25 min,此工艺下除油率达73.17%。A deoiling agent for cleaning oil on the surface of spandex fabric was compounded with fatty acid methacrylate copolymer(M800)as the emulsifier,fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate(FMEE)as the dispersant,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-8)as the cleaning agent and primary alkyl sodium sulfonate(PAS-80)as the penetrant.The optimal formula of deoiling agent for spandex fabric was determined by analyzing the influence of the dosage of four basic raw materials on the emulsification effect of mineral oil and silicone oil through orthogonal experiments.The deoiling agent was used to remove oil from the surface of spandex fabric,and the effects of the dosage of deoiling agent,deoiling temperature and deoiling time on the deoiling effect were studied.The results showed that the optimal formula for deoiling agent was 15%M800,10%FMEE,5%AEO-8,15%PAS80,1.1%other additives and 53.9%deionized water by mass fraction;the deoiling rate increased with the increase of deoiling agent dosage,but increased slowly when the concentration of deoiling agent was higher than 2.5 g/L;the deoiling effect was poor when the deoiling temperature was below 40℃,and the deoiling rate increased slowly when the deoiling temperature was above 80℃;the deoiling rate showed a slow upward trend as the deoiling time prolonged and just a slight increase as the deoiling time exceeded 25 min;and the deoiling rate reached 73.17%in actual production when the deoiling process was optimized as a deoiling agent concentration of 2.5 g/L,deoiling temperature of 70℃and time of 25 min.
