摘 要:介绍了卤化物钙钛矿及高稳定性卤化物钙钛矿的制备方法,并展望了未来的研究方向。卤化物钙钛矿的制备方法主要有热注入法、配体辅助沉淀法、乳液法、微波法、超声法、机械研磨等,目前热注入法和配体辅助沉淀法应用较为广泛。提高卤化物钙钛矿稳定性的方法主要有表面钝化、表面包覆、离子掺杂及多重保护等,其中表面包覆被认为是目前提高卤化物钙钛矿稳定性最为有效的方法。卤化物钙钛矿是一种理想的发光材料,但稳定性差仍是限制其商业应用的一大瓶颈。对于提高卤化物钙钛矿的稳定性,今后的研究重点和方向是选择合适的配体进行表面钝化,表面包覆时如何获得具有均匀且致密的稳定壳层,以及离子掺杂对钙钛矿晶体结构及稳定性影响的理论机制。The preparation methods of halide perovskite and high-stability halide perovskite were introduced,and the future research directions was outlooked.The preparation methods of halide perovskite mainly include thermal injection method,ligand assisted precipitation method,emulsion method,microwave method,ultrasonic method,mechanical grinding,etc.At present,thermal injection method and ligand assisted precipitation method are widely used.The main methods to improve the stability of halide perovskite include surface passivation,surface coating,ion doping and multiple protections,among which surface coating is currently considered as the most effective method to improve the stability of halide perovskite.Halide perovskite is an ideal luminescent material,but its poor stability remains a major bottleneck limiting its commercial application.For the purpose of improving the stability of halide perovskite,the future research should be focused on selecting appropriate ligands for surface passivation,obtaining a uniform and dense stable shell layer during surface coating and the theoretical mechanism of ion doping affecting the crystal structure and stability of perovskite.
