摘 要:在工业烟气除尘中,除尘滤料所使用的纤维通常以混纺形式进行取长补短,以提高除尘滤料的综合性能,因此定性鉴别除尘滤料所用纤维十分必要。采用显微红外光谱法对聚四氟乙烯纤维、聚砜酰胺纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、间位芳纶、聚苯硫醚纤维、涤纶等6种除尘滤料用纤维进行了定性分析。结果表明:该方法能直接观测纤维的外形,并可针对性地采集红外光谱,所需的试样数量少,无需制样,且克服了传统的溶解法污染大、对耐化学性的纤维不适应的问题;该方法具有简单快速的优点,可以在商业纠纷仲裁、司法鉴定等方面发挥重要的作用。In industrial flue gas dust removal,the fibers used in the dust removal filter material are usually blended to improve the comprehensive performance of the dust removal filter material.Therefore,it is necessary to qualitatively identify the fibers used in the dust removal filter material.The qualitative analysis of six kinds of dust removal filter material fibers,including polytetrafluoroethylene fiber,polysulfonamide fiber,polyimide fiber,m-aramid fiber,polyphenylene sulfide fiber and polyester fiber,was carried out by means of infrared micro spectroscopy.The results showed that this method can directly observe the appearance of fibers and collect infrared spectra in a targeted manner,which has the advantages of simple and rapid operation because it requires a small number of samples and no need for sample preparation and overcomes the problems of serious pollution and inadaptability to chemical resistant fibers caused by traditional dissolution methods,so it can play an important role in commercial dispute arbitration and judicial expertise,etc..
