摘　　要：目的探讨运用国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)标准的PDCA管理法提升医院高警示药品存放管理水平。方法成立PDCA小组,调研医院高警示药品存放管理现状,剖析不足及原因,制定整改措施,督查整改,计算存放管理合格率。结果通过该项目实施,高警示药品存放管理合格率由88.89%上升到100%,并持续稳定3个月,实现全院管理的同质化。结论JCI标准下运用PDCA管理法可持续提升医院高警示药品存放管理水平,保障用药安全。Objective To explore the applicability of Joint Commission International(JCI)standards and PDCA management tools to improve the storage of high-alert drugs in hospitals.Methods A PDCA team was established to investigate the quality of current storage of high-alert drugs in our hospital,analyze the flaws and causes,formulate measures for improvement,supervise the process of reform,and calculate the qualified rate of storage of drugs.Results After the implementation of the project,the qualified rate of storage of early high-alert drugs was increased from 88.89%to 100%,and remained stable within three months,thus ensuring the homogeneity of hospital management.Conclusion The use of PDCA management tools under JCI standards can help keep improving the storage level of high-alert drugs in hospitals and ensure drug safety.
