摘 要:目的研究10%水合氯醛溶液剂与凝胶剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和沙门菌等5种菌株的体外抑菌活性。方法采用倍比稀释法结合平板划线法测定10%水合氯醛溶液剂与凝胶剂的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度;采用牛津杯法及纸片扩散法测定其抑菌圈。结果(1)10%水合氯醛溶液剂对5种菌株均呈现不同程度的抑菌作用,铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度为6.25 mg·ml^(-1),最低杀菌浓度为12.50 mg·ml^(-1);沙门菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度均为12.50 mg·ml^(-1),最低杀菌浓度均为25.00 mg·ml^(-1);金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的最低抑菌浓度均为25.00 mg·ml^(-1),最低杀菌浓度均为50.00 mg·ml^(-1)。(2)10%水合氯醛凝胶剂对5种菌株也均呈现不同程度的抑菌作用,铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和沙门氏菌的最低抑菌浓度均为6.25 mg·ml^(-1),最低杀菌浓度均为12.50 mg·ml^(-1);金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为12.50 mg·ml^(-1),最低杀菌浓度为25.00 mg·ml^(-1);大肠埃希菌的最低抑菌浓度为25.00 mg·ml^(-1),最低杀菌浓度为50.00 mg·ml^(-1)。(3)5种菌株对水合氯醛溶液剂与凝胶剂的敏感性均属于极度敏感,抑菌圈直径均大于20 mm。结论10%水合氯醛溶液剂与凝胶剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和沙门菌等5种菌株具有明显的体外抑菌活性。Objective To study the antibacterial effect in vitro of 10%chloral hydrate solution and gel against five strains:Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Salmonella.Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of 10%chloral hydrate solution and gel were determined using the multiple dilution method and streak plate method.In addition,the Oxford cup method and disk diffusion method were employed to measure inhibition zones.Results 10%chloral hydrate solution showed antibacterial effect of varying degrees on the five strains.The minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration were 6.25 and 12.50 mg·ml^(-1) for Staphylococcus aureus,12.50 and 25.00 mg·ml^(-1) for Salmonella and Bacillus subtilis,and 25 and 50 mg·ml^(-1) for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.10%chloral hydrate gel also showed varying degrees of antibacterial effect on the five strains.The minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration were 6.25 and 12.50 mg·ml^(-1) for Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis and Salmonella,compared with 12.50 and 25.00 mg·ml^(-1) for Staphylococcus aureus,and 25.00 and 50.00 mg·ml^(-1) for Escherichia coli.The sensitivities of the five strains to chloral hydrate solution and gel were extremely high,and the diameters of inhibition zones were all above 20 mm.Conclusion Both 10%chloral hydrate solution and gel have obvious antibacterial activity in vitro on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Salmonella.
