摘　　要：目的调查药品不良反应的发生特点及相关因素,促进临床合理用药。方法收集某康复疗养中心2010年1月-2022年12月不良反应报告1138例并进行帕累托图分析。结果(1)1138例不良反应中男性744例(65.38%),女性394例(34.62%);大于60岁以上的老年人发生率最高(39.37%);(2)一般的不良反应占73.73%,新的一般的不良反应占13.53%,严重的不良反应占11.60%,新的严重的不良反应占1.14%;(3)静脉滴注给药占49.56%;(4)帕累托图分析结果显示,引起不良反应的主要药物涉及抗感染药物、心血管系统用药、代谢及内分泌系统用药、中药制剂、免疫系统用药等;(5)临床表现以肝胆系统、消化系统、皮肤及其附件疾病、泌尿系统、神经系统疾病为主。结论发生不良反应因素较为复杂,医务人员应更好发挥职能作用,及时发现药物风险信号,为临床提供合理用药、合理治疗的依据,确保患者用药安全。Objective To investigate the occurrence and related factors of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)so as to promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods 1138 cases of ADRs reported by a rehabilitation center between 2010 and 2022 were analyzed via the Pareto diagram.Results(1)There were 1138 cases of ADRs,involving 744 males(65.38%)and 394 females(34.62%).The incidence was the highest among the elderly over 60(39.37%).(2)73.73%of these cases were mild,13.53%were new and mild,11.60%were severe and 1.14%were new but severe.(3)49.56%were administered by intravenous drip.(4)According to the Pareto diagram,ADRs involved anti-infective drugs,drugs for the cardiovascular system and metabolic and endocrine system,TCM preparations and those for the immune system.(5)The clinical manifestations were mostly liver and bile system diseases,gastrointestinal and digestive system diseases,skin and skin accessory diseases,urinary tract and urinary system diseases,and nervous system diseases.Conclusion The causes of ADRs are relatively complex.Medical staff should play their roles and detect drug risk signals quickly so as to ensure rational drug use and the safety of patients.
