摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己内酯(PCL)共混物,基于共混物中PCL的熔融吸热和PLA的玻璃化转变吸热,制备了PLA/PCL相变降温材料。利用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜、广角/小角X射线散射和单轴拉伸测试等手段,研究物理老化和共混比例对共混物相变行为、相结构、结晶结构和力学性能的影响,并将该相变降温材料应用于3D打印熔融沉积成型。结果表明:与纯PLA相比,物理老化和加入PCL均可提高共混物的相变潜热,并拓宽其相变温度范围。共混物相变潜热的提高是由于物理老化后PCL的晶体完善、片晶增厚以及PLA局部有序结构的形成。共混物中PCL和PLA是不相容的,PCL相分散在PLA基体中,呈现海岛分布结构。加入PCL后,共混物的屈服强度和杨氏模量降低,断裂伸长率变化不大。采用熔融沉积成型3D打印该相变降温材料时,打印挤出较为流畅,3D打印制件外观良好。Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/poly(caprolactone)(PCL)blends were prepared by melt blending.The PLA/PCL phase-changed cooling materials were prepared by means of the melting endotherm of PCL and the glass transition endotherm of PLA in the blends.Effects of physical aging and blending ratio on the phase change behavior,phase structure,crystalline structure and mechanical property of the blends were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter,polarizing microscope,wide-angle/small-angle X-ray scattering and uniaxial tensile test.PLA/PCL phase-changed cooling materials were also 3D printed by a fused deposition modeling.These results showed that both physical aging and the addition of PCL increased the phase change enthalpy and broaden phase change temperature region of the blends,when compared to those of pure PLA.The improved phase change enthalpy of the blends after physical aging was originated from the crystalline perfection and lamellar thickening of PCL,and the formation of local ordered structure of PLA.PCL and PLA were incompatible in the blends,and the PCL phase was dispersed in the PLA matrix,showing a sea-island distribution structure.After adding PCL,the yield strength and Young's modulus of the blends decreased,and their elongation at break were almost unchanged.The 3D printing extrusion was smooth and the obtained 3D printing parts had good appearance,when the PLA/PCL phase-changed cooling materials were printed by a fused deposition modeling.
