摘 要:通过对比研究国内外现行SY/T 0076—2008和GPSA engineering data book中天然气分子筛脱水工艺计算,发现以下三点较大差别:(1)SY/T 0076—2008在分子筛用量计算上的修正系数大于GPSA engineering data book,从而使分子筛用量和吸附塔钢材用量相应增加;(2)SY/T 0076—2008没有再生气防沟流计算;(3)GPSA engineering data book没有转效点的定量计算。通过对俄罗斯某天然气处理厂脱水吸附塔的工艺设计案例进行对比分析,发现SY/T 0076—2008和GPSA可以互用其转效点和防沟流计算,从而提高了工艺设计的准确性和可靠性,因此也建议在国标中加入再生气防沟流设计。By comparing and studying the current natural gas molecular sieve dehydration process calculations in SY/T 0076—2008 and GPSA engineering data book at home and abroad,it was found that there are three significant differences:(1)The correction coefficient of SY/T 0076—2008 in molecular sieve dosage calculation is greater than that in GPSA engineering data book,resulting in a corresponding increase in molecular sieve dosage and adsorption tower steel dosage;(2)SY/T 0076—2008 does not have calculations for preventing the flow of regenerated gas in ditches;(3)There is no quantitative calculation of conversion points in the GPSA engineering data book.By comparing and analyzing the process design case of a dehydration adsorption tower in a natural gas treatment plant in Russia,it was found that SY/T 0076—2008 and GPSA can mutually use their conversion points and anti ditch flow calculations,thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of process design.Therefore,it is also recommended to include anti ditch flow design for regeneration gas in the national standard.
