摘  要:输油站场大功率电动机起动后,会对低压设备产生影响,在对低压设备压降过大风险数值模拟过程中,面对起动设备相对容量改变的情况,模拟数据容易出现异常问题,数值模拟方法的通用性需要进一步提高。针对这一情况,提出输油站场大功率电动机起动后的低压设备压降过大风险数值模拟。根据电动机的起动方式计算出电动机起动电压、电流等参数,在这些参数的作用下,对低压设备状态进行数值处理,确定低压设备运行状态,获得低压设备的动态变化特征,扩充风险数据,按照时刻变化确定风险瞬时值形式,完成对目标的数值模拟。实验结果表明:提出的低压设备压降过大风险数值模拟方法计算误差小,在不同条件下模拟数据紧密度高,整体性能得到了提高。After starting the high-power motor in the oil transmission station,it will affect the low-voltage equipment.In the numerical simulation process of the risk of excessive voltage drop of low-voltage equipment,in the face of the change of the relative capacity of the starting equipment,the simulated data is prone to abnormal problems,and the universality of the numerical simulation method needs to be further improved.In view of this situation,the numerical simulation of the risk of large voltage drop of low-voltage equipment after the start of high-power motor in oil transmission station is put forward.Calculated according to the startup mode of the motor,motor startup parameters such as voltage,current,under the effect of these parameters,the numerical treatment on the low voltage equipment state,determine the low-pressure equipment running status,obtain dynamic change characteristics of low-voltage equipment,expansion of risk data,according to the time change to determine risk instantaneous value form,complete the numerical simulation of the target.The experimental results show that the proposed numerical simulation method for the risk of large pressure drop of low-voltage equipment has small calculation error,high simulation data input density under different conditions,and the overall performance is improved.
