变压力化成对软包装锂离子电池性能的影响

摘  要:化成工艺参数的选择对电池的电化学性能有较大的影响。探究采用变压力化成对钴酸锂(LiCoO_(2))-石墨体系软包装锂离子电池的厚度、倍率、存储和循环性能等的影响。在化成过程中的大电流阶段,减小化成压力,电池内部应力提前释放,电池厚度较采用恒定压力化成增加约40μm;但经过分容工序后,采用恒定压力化成的电池厚度增加0.82%,而采用变压力化成的电池厚度减小0.63%,即变压力化成电池的最终厚度较恒压力化成减小约20μm;同时,采用变压力化成的电池在浮充测试和高温存储时,厚度膨胀率较采用恒定压力化成的电池分别减小0.70%和1.01%。The selection of formation parameters had a big influence on the electrochemical performance of the battery.The effect of variable pressure formation on the thickness,rate,storage and cycle performance of lithium cobalt oxides(LiCoO_2)-graphite system pouch Li-ion battery was investigated.The internal stress of the battery was released in advance when the pressure was reduced in the high current stage of the formation process,the thickness of the battery was increased about 40 μm compared with the constant pressure formation.However,after the capacity screening process,the thickness of the battery formed by constant pressure increased by 0.82%,while the thickness of the battery formed by variable pressure reduced by 0.63%,which made the final thickness of the battery formed by variable pressure reduced by about 20 μm compared with that formed by constant pressure.Meanwhile,the thickness expansion rate of the battery formed by variable pressure was reduced by 0.70% and 1.01% respectively compared with the battery formed by the constant pressure during floating charge test and high temperature storage.
