摘 要:铅酸电池退役后容量明显下降。采用开路电位和电化学噪声测试,研究这些电化学参数与电池状态的关系。1~4号电池充、放电状态的开路电位差值(0.038 V、0.131 V、0.024 V和0.083 V)与充电容量(26.27 Ah、110.79 Ah、18.56 Ah和62.73 Ah)有较好的对应关系,通过对电化学噪声数据进行功率密度谱估计(PSD)和绘制统计直方图,可较准确地反映电池状态。综合使用以上两种电化学技术,与充放电容量、内阻等传统电池状态评估方法进行对比,可为发展铅酸电池的电化学评估手段提供理论参考。After retirement,the capacity of lead-acid battery was significantly decreased.Open circuit potential and electrochemical noise tests were used to investigate the relation between these electrochemical parameters and the state of battery.The difference value between the open circuit potential of the charging and discharging states for batteries 1 to 4(0.038 V,0.131 V,0.024 V and 0.083 V) had a good correlation with the numerical value of the charging capacity(26.27 Ah,110.79 Ah,18.56 Ah and 62.73 Ah).The state of battery could be accurately reflected by power density spectrum estimation(PSD) of electrochemical noise data and the drawing of statistical histograms.The comprehensive use of the above two electrochemical techniques and the comparison with traditional battery state evaluation methods such as charge and discharge capacity and internal resistance could provide theoretical references for the development of electrochemical evaluation methods for lead-acid battery.
