摘 要:针对常规陶瓷涂覆隔膜存在的涂层易脱粉和强度差等问题,研究不同陶瓷材料对以聚乙烯为基体的涂覆隔膜性能的影响。采用粒状、线状的α-三氧化二铝(Al_(2)O_(3))和勃姆石(γ-AlOOH)制备陶瓷涂覆隔膜,研究不同陶瓷材料对涂覆隔膜的孔径形貌、穿刺强度和热收缩性等性能的影响,并进行电池性能测试。线状γ-AlOOH涂覆隔膜的性能较好,纵向收缩率平均为1.3%,横向收缩率平均为0.9%。采用线状γ-AlOOH涂覆隔膜组装的扣式电池以0.2 C倍率在2.0~4.5 V充放电,首次放电比容量达到258.8 mAh/g,第100次循环的容量保持率为86.2%。Aiming at the issues of easily cracking paint-coats and poor strength coatings in conventional ceramic coated separators,the effects of different ceramic materials on the performance of polyethylene based coated membranes were studied.Ceramic coated separators were prepared by the granular,linear α-aluminium oxide(Al_2O_3) and boehmite(γ-AlOOH).The effect of different ceramic materials on pore morphology,puncture strength and thermal shrinkage of the coated separators was investigated,the battery performance was tested.The linear γ-AlOOH coated separators had better performance,its average longitudinal shrinkage and the average transverse shrinkage were 1.3% and 0.9%,respectively.The initial specific discharge capacity of the button battery based linear γ-AlOOH coated separator reached 258.8 mAh/g when charged-discharged at 0.2 C rate in 2.0-4.5 V,its capacity retention rate was 86.2% after 100 cycles.
