预镀镍钢壳对碱锰电池贮存性能的影响

摘  要:预镀镍钢壳镀层对提升碱性锌-二氧化锰(碱锰)电池的长期贮存性能十分重要。对比市场上的代表性碱锰电池用预镀镍钢壳内表面形貌和漏铁率,发现内表面漏铁率(12.3%)较低的样品,在91℃贮存30 d后析出的气体体积(0.07 ml)较小,表明漏铁率与电池高温贮存析出的气体体积呈正相关。高、低温退火处理预镀镍钢带冲制的钢壳的内表面漏铁率不同。使用高温退火处理预镀镍钢带的LR6电池的高温贮存析出气体均小于1.6 ml,且45℃长期贮存后的1 000 mA脉冲放电次数均大于285次,裂化率均小于46.63%。提升碱锰电池的贮存性能时,预镀镍钢壳内表面的漏铁率应低于20%。Pre-nickel-plated steel shell coating was of great significance for improving the shelf performance of alkaline zinc manganese dioxide(alkaline Zn/MnO_2) battery.Comparing the internal surface morphology and iron leakage rate of pre-nickel-plated steel shells and coating surfaces for typical alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) batteries in the market,it was found that the sample with a lower iron leakage rate(12.3%) on the internal surface of the steel shell had a smaller released gas volume(0.07 ml) after being stored at 91 ℃ for 30 d,indicating a positive correlation between the iron leakage rate and the released gas volume during high temperature storage of the battery.The internal surface iron leakage rates of steel shell made of pre-nickel-plated steel strips treated by high and low temperature annealing were different.The evolved gas of LR6 battery using high-temperature annealing pre-nickel-plated steel strip was less than 1.6 ml during high temperature storage.After long-term storage at 45 ℃,the 1 000 mA pulse discharge times were all greater than 285 times,the cracking rate was less than 46.63%.When improving the shelf performance of alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery,the iron leakage rate on the inner surface of the pre-nickel-plated steel shell should be below 20%.
