摘 要:为解决电机调速系统中采用传统PI控制存在的超调问题,提出一种基于带抗饱和积分的新型变结构比例积分(variable structure proportion integration,VSPI)控制器。首先,建立了永磁同步电机的动态数学模型;然后,在传统PI控制的基础上串联一个比例微分(proportion differentiation,PD)控制器消除惯性环节,并引入微分前馈(input derivative feed-forward,IDF);最后,设计了遇限停止积分环节,提高控制器的抗积分饱和能力。仿真和试验结果表明,相比传统PI控制器,VSPI控制器可以有效减小系统超调量达10%,调节时间缩短达20%,提高了系统的控制性能。In order to solve overshoot problem of the traditional PI control in the motor speed control system,a new VSPI controller with anti-saturation integration is proposed.Firstly,a dynamic mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is established.Secondly,a PD controller is connected in series to eliminate the inertia link on the basis of traditional PI control,and then,the IDF is introduced.Finally,the integration stop link is designed to suspense the integration when reaching the limit,so as to increase the anti-integration saturation ability of the controller.The simulation and test results show that compared with the traditional PI controller,the VSPI controller effectively reduces the overshoot of the system by 10%,while shortens the adjustment time by 20%,improving the control performance of the system.
