摘 要:为有效清除油田注水采油中注水管线的积垢,实现注水管线的畅通,保证注水质量,分析管道积垢机理及种类,研究清洁复合酸液清洗技术。该技术在S采油厂W注水站现场实施应用,清洗后的管线压差从平均2.57 MPa降至平均1.68 MPa,实施管线首末端悬浮物固体含量差值控制在10%以内,井口水质达标率提高20%,清洗效果达标,极大地提高了注水效率和生产效率,对油田实现降本增效具有一定的意义。In order to effectively remove the scale accumulation in the water injection pipeline during oilfield water injection and oil production,achieve the smoothness of the water injection pipeline,ensure the quality of water injection,analyze the mechanism and types of pipeline scale accumulation,and study the cleaning technology of clean composite acid solution.This technology has been applied on site at the W water injection station of S oil production plant.The pressure difference of the cleaned pipeline has decreased from an average of 2.57 MPa to an average of 1.68 MPa.The difference in suspended solids content at the beginning and end of the pipeline has been controlled within 10%,and the water quality compliance rate at the wellhead has been increased by 20%.The cleaning effect has met the standard,greatly improving the water injection efficiency and production efficiency,and has certain significance for achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase in the oil field.
