摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱法对防火涂料中的苯系物进行测定,考察了不同的色谱柱、萃取溶剂、萃取方法以及萃取温度对检测结果的影响,确定以甲醇作为萃取溶剂,经30℃超声提取(样品前处理),采用DB-WAX色谱柱分离,用质谱检测器定性、外标法定量,可实现防火涂料中苯系物的快速分析检测。研究试验表明,10种苯系物在1.0~60.0 mg/kg的浓度范围内,线性关系良好,检出限为0.1 mg/kg,苯系物的加标回收率在90.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差在0.9%~7.8%之间,方法的准确度和精密度较高,适用于防火涂料中10种苯系物的同时测定。Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine benzene series compounds in fireresistant coatings.The effects of different chromatographic columns,extraction solvents,extraction methods,and extraction temperatures on the detection results were investigated.Methanol was used as the extraction solvent,and ultrasonic extraction at 30℃(sample pre-treatment)was performed.DB-WAX chromatography column was used for separation,and mass spectrometry detector was used for qualitative analysis and external standard method for quantitative analysis of benzene series compounds in fire-resistant coatings.Rapid analysis and detection of benzene series compounds in fire-resistant coatings could be achieved.Research experiments have shown that there is a good linear relationship between the concentration range of 1.0~60.0 mg/kg for 10 benzene series compounds,with a detection limit of 0.1 mg/kg.The recovery rate of benzene series compounds is between 90.0%~108.0%,and the relative standard deviation is between 0.9%~7.8%.The method has high accuracy and precision,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 10 benzene series compounds in fireproof coatings.
