摘  要:激冷环是气化炉的核心部件之一,对气化炉的长周期稳定运行具有至关重要的作用。就某公司300 kt/a乙二醇项目气化装置之航天炉粉煤加压气化炉运行过程中激冷环局部堵塞情况越来越严重以及多次发生不同程度烧坏的问题进行原因分析,并针对问题症结采取了相应的优化控制及改造措施,有效缓解了激冷环的堵渣、烧蚀等问题,延长了激冷环的使用寿命,保障了航天炉的长周期、高效运行。The quench ring is one of the core components of the gasifier and plays a crucial role in the long-term stable operation of the gasifier.An analysis was conducted on the reasons for the increasing local blockage of the quenching ring and the repeated occurrence of varying degrees of burning out during the operation of the space furnace pulverized coal pressurized gasification furnace in a 300 kt/a ethylene glycol project gasification device of a certain company.Corresponding optimization control and transformation measures were taken to address the root cause of the problem,effectively alleviating the problems of slag blockage and erosion in the quenching ring,extending the service life of the quenching ring,and ensuring the long cycle of the space furnace Efficient operation.
