摘  要:针对具有不确定因素的可重构车间布局与调度联合优化问题,提出了基于自适应惩罚MOEA/D的联合优化方法。考虑了产品需求量和生产时间不确定因素,基于三角模糊数和模糊随机变量对不确定因素进行描述;以最小化物流费用和完工时间为目标,建立了车间布局和调度联合优化模型。采用MOEA/D对优化模型进行求解,在算法中引入了能够平衡多样性和收敛性的自适应惩罚因子,得到了基于自适应惩罚MOEA/D的车间布局与调度联合优化方法。经8个工件、12台设备的生产案例验证,与标准MOEA/D和改进非支配排序遗传算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genteic Algorithm-Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)相比,基于自适应惩罚MOEA/D的Pareto前沿解处于支配地位,说明该方法在车间布局与调度联合优化问题中的优化程度更深。实验结果验证了建模和优化方法的可行性。Aiming at the joint optimization of reconfigurable workshop layout and scheduling with uncertain production factors,a joint optimization method based on adaptive penalty MOEA/D was proposed.The uncertain factors of product demand and production time were considered,and the uncertain factors were described based on triangular fuzzy numbers and fuzzy random variables;aiming at minimizing the logistics cost and completion time,a joint optimization model of workshop layout and scheduling was established.The MOEA/D was used to solve the optimization model,and an adaptive penalty factor that can balance diversity and convergence was introduced into the algorithm.A joint optimization method of workshop layout and scheduling based on the adaptive penalty MOEA/D was obtained.Verified by the production cases of 8 workpieces and 12 equipment,the Pareto frontier solution of the adaptive penalty MOEA/D was in the dominant position compared with the standard MOEA/D and the improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ),indicating that this algorithm has a deeper degree of optimization in the joint optimization problem of the workshop.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the modeling and optimization methods.
