摘  要:针对纺纱企业筒纱包装方式落后、传统包装设备自动化程度低和劳动力资源浪费大等问题,通过筒纱包装工艺流程分析,运用TRIZ及其方法,提出并设计了一种筒纱自动翻转整列包装装置。首先,分析了传统包装设备中存在的技术矛盾,构建矛盾矩阵表,筛选出分割与切割、预先作用和不对称等发明原理;然后,根据发明原理提示对筒纱自动翻转整列包装装置进行方案设计;最后,从理论上得出理想可行方案,该方案已在纺纱企业筒纱包装生产线中落地生产,整体运行稳定,具备良好的推广应用价值。Aiming at the problems of backward packaging methods,low automation degree of packaging equipment and large waste of labor resources in spinning enterprises,a set of automatic bobbin yarn automated turnover and array packaging device was proposed and designed by analyzing the process flow of yarn packaging and using TRIZ and its method.The technical contradictions existing in traditional equipment were analyzed,the contradiction matrix table was constructed,and the invention principles such as segmentation and cutting,pre-action,and asymmetry were screened out.Combined with the tips of the selected principle,the scheme design of the turnover array device was carried out,and finally the ideal feasible scheme was derived from the theory,which had been produced in the spinning enterprise yarn packaging production line,the overall operation is stable,and it has good promotion and application value.
