摘  要:在基于模型的定义(Model-Based Definition,MBD)的三维工艺设计环境下,实现MBD模型的重用能够提高工艺设计效率和质量。但是,解决MBD模型重用的前提是快速匹配已有MBD模型。目前围绕MBD模型相似匹配方面还存在着跨平台性差、匹配准确率低等问题。为此,引入知识图谱技术,提出了一种面向MBD模型的相似匹配方法。该方法首先通过特征识别将MBD模型数据进行分解,并构建基于MBD模型数据的零件信息模型;其次,通过对关系型数据到图数据的映射,构建了基于知识图谱技术的MBD模型案例知识库;然后,为了快速筛选出相似的MBD模型,提出了基于包含度的子图匹配算法,并构建了基于零件信息模型的MBD模型相似度计算方法;最后,在Intellij IDEA平台中对所提方法的可行性进行了验证。结果表明,以轴类零件为例,实现了对案例库中的零件进行预选及相似度计算,最终输出与匹配模型相似度值最高的MBD模型。In 3D process design environment based on Model-Based Definition(MBD),the reuse of the MBD model can improve the efficiency and quality of process design.However,the premise of solving MBD model reuse is to quickly match existing MBD models.At present,there are still some problems around MBD model similar matching,such as poor cross-platform and low matching accuracy.Therefore,a similarity matching method for the MBD model was proposed by introducing knowledge graph technology.Firstly,MBD model data was decomposed by feature recognition,and a part information model based on MBD model data was constructed.Secondly,by mapping relational data to graph data,a case knowledge base of the MBD model based on knowledge graph was constructed.Then,to quickly screen out similar MBD models,a subgraph matching algorithm based on inclusion degree was proposed,and a similarity value calculation method of the MBD model based on the part information model was constructed.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method was verified in the Intellij IDEA platform.The results show that,taking shaft parts as an example,the parts in the case base were pre-selected and the similarity value was calculated,and the MBD model with the highest similarity value to the matching model was finally output.
