父母教养方式与大学生心理健康:现实和网络利他行为的中介效应及比较分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨现实和网络利他行为在父母教养方式与大学生心理健康关系间的中介效应及效应比较。方法:采用简式父母教养方式问卷、自我报告利他量表、网络利他行为量表以及一般健康问卷对821名大学生进行调查。结果:1父母拒绝和过度保护显著负向预测心理健康(β=-0.20,-0.16;P<0.01),父母情感温暖显著正向预测心理健康(β=0.34,P<0.001);2现实利他行为仅在父母情感温暖与心理健康之间起部分中介作用(95%CI=[0.0106,0.0581]);网络利他行为在父母情感温暖与心理健康之间起部分中介作用(95%CI=[0.0137,0.0478]),在父母拒绝和过度保护与心理健康之间起完全中介作用(95%CI=[-0.0794,-0.0330];95%CI=[-0.0989,-0.0483]);3网络利他行为的中介效应显著强于现实利他行为(C1:Effect=0.0356,Boot SE=0.0065;C1:Effect=0.0458,Boot SE=0.0120),现实和网络利他行为的中介效应模型不存在显著的性别差异(P>0.05)。结论:父母拒绝和过度保护可以通过大学生网络利他行为间接影响心理健康,父母情感温暖既可以通过大学生现实利他行为还可以通过网络利他行为间接影响心理健康;网络利他行为的中介效应强于现实利他行为。Objective:To explore the mediating effect and effect comparison of realistic and Internet altruistic behaviors in the relationship between perceived parenting styles and undergraduates’mental health.Methods:A total of 821 undergraduates were investigated with the simplified parenting styles questionnaire,self-reported altruism scale,Internet altruistic behavior scale,and general health questionnaire.Results:1 Parental rejection and overprotection could directly and negatively predict mental health(β=-0.20,P<0.01;β=-0.16,P<0.01),while parental emotional warmth could directly and positively predict mental health(β=0.34;P<0.001).2 Undergraduates’realistic altruistic behavior played a partial mediating role between parental emotional warmth and their mental health(95%CI=[0.0106,0.0581]).Undergraduates’Internet altruistic behavior played a partial mediating role between parental emotional warmth and their mental health(95%CI=[0.0137,0.0478]),and complete mediating roles between parental rejection,parental overprotection,and their mental health(95%CI=[-0.0794,-0.0330];95%CI=[-0.0989,-0.0483]).3 The mediating effect of Internet altruistic behavior was significantly stronger than the mediating effect of realistic altruistic behavior(C1:Effect=0.0356,Boot SE=0.0065;C1:Effect=0.0458,Boot SE=0.0120),and there was no significant gender difference in the mediating effect models of realistic and Internet altruistic behaviors(P>0.05).Conclusion:Parental rejection and overprotection can indirectly affect undergraduates’mental health through their Internet altruistic behavior,while parental emotional warmth can indirectly affect undergraduates’mental health through both their realistic and Internet altruistic behaviors.The mediating effect of Internet altruistic behavior is stronger than that of realistic altruistic behavior.
