摘　　要：目的:开发一种改善肝肾阴虚型干眼症的药食同源组合物食品,其具有滋补肝肾、清肝明目、滋阴生津的功能。方法:单因素实验确定制备干眼症固体饮料的最优工艺和配方,人体试吃实验验证产品功效,选取90例干眼症受试者,男性41人,女性49人,平均年龄34.8岁,随机分成实验组低剂量组、实验组高剂量组、阳性对照组,每组30人,其中实验组为干眼症食品,对照组为仁和蓝莓叶黄素压片糖果。结果:人体实验结果显示固体饮料显著改善了受试者的全身症状、眼部症状和中医症状。结论:固体饮料产品具有缓解干眼症的功效。Objective:To develop a kind of medicine and food homologous combination food for improving dry eye syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency,which has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney,clearing liver and brightening eyes,nourishing Yin and boosting fluid.Method:Single factor method was used to determine the optimal process and formula for the preparation of dry eye solid drinks,and human trial experiment was conducted to verify the efficacy of the products.90 subjects with dry eye were selected,including 41 males and 49 females,with an average age of 34.8 years,and randomly divided into experimental low-dose group,experimental high-dose group and positive control group,with 30 people in each group.The control group was kernel and blueberry lutein tablet candy.Result:The human experiment results showed that solid beverage significantly improved the subjects’systemic symptoms,eye symptoms and TCM symptoms.Conclusion:Solid beverage can relieve dry eye syndrome.
