摘  要:通过问卷星抽取广州市某高校418名在校大学生,调查了解大学生对临期食品的认识、态度和行为。结果表明,大学生对临期食品的了解程度较浅。在大学生群体中,男生对临期食品的相关规定有更高的关注度,但女生对临期食品有更多的了解、更愿意购买临期食品,对食品保质期的临界标准有更准确的认识。A total of 418 college students in a university in Guangzhou were selected through Wenjuanxing to investigate the knowledge,attitude and behavior of college students near-expired food.The results show that college students have a shallow understanding of near-expired food.Among the college students,male students have higher concern about the regulations of near-expired food,but female students have more knowledge about near-expired food,are more willing to buy near-expired food,and have more accurate knowledge about the critical standard of food shelf life.
