摘 要:针对机场出租车“待客-返程”决策模式,基于机会成本视角构建一种决策支持模型。综合考虑影响出租车司机决策的相关因素,构建旅客搭乘出租车的意愿函数和出租车司机机会成本的线性对数回归模型;定义“选择决策因子”,建立“待客-返程”决策支持模型,分析研究不同季节、时段的最优解;用南京禄口国际机场的数据进行模型训练,得到该机场出租车司机决策方案;采用敏感性分析法定量分析模型对决策因子的依赖性,以验证模型性能。实验结果表明,该模型决策方案可靠,对决策因子变化敏感,能有效提高机场的客流集散效率。Aiming at the“Waiting-Return”decision-making model of airport taxis,we construct a decision support model based on the opportunity cost perspective.We comprehensively considered the relevant factors that affected the taxi driver s decision-making to construct a linear logarithmic regression model of passengers willingness to take a taxi and taxi driver s opportunity cost.We defined the“choice decision factor”and established“Waiting-Return”decision support model to analyze and study the optimal solutions in different seasons and time periods.The data of Nanjing Lukou International Airport was used for model training to obtain the airport taxi driver s decision-making plan.The sensitivity analysis method was used to quantitatively analyze the model s decision factors dependency to verify model performance.The experimental results show that the decision-making scheme of the model is reliable,sensitive to the changes of decision factors,and can effectively improve the airport s passenger flow distribution efficiency.
