摘　　要：目的优选益气活血解毒合剂最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验和正交试验法,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、丹酚酸B的含量和浸膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,以煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水倍数为考察因素,优选提取工艺。结果结果显示,加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h为最佳工艺。结论优选的益气活血解毒颗粒提取工艺稳定性好、可行性高,可用于益气活血解毒合剂的规范化生产。Objective To optimize the optimum extraction process of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Mixture.Methods The single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extraction process with the comprehensive score of the content of calycosin glucoside and salvianolic acid B,and the extraction rate as the comprehensive evaluation index,and decocting time,decocting times and water addition ratio as the factors.Results The results showed that adding ten times of water and extracting three times for one hour each time was the optimum process.Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Mixture has good stability and high feasibility,and can be used for the standardized production of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Mixture.
