摘 要:骨损伤修复是临床常见的问题,骨组织工程能够帮助攻克这一难题。石墨烯族纳米材料在骨组织工程中具有抑菌抗炎、充当生物支架等潜在价值。虽然石墨烯族纳米材料联合间充质干细胞有助于骨损伤修复,但是他们对间充质干细胞增殖和成骨分化具有复杂的影响,其具体机制并不明了。为了充分发挥石墨烯族纳米材料在骨组织工程的应用,避免不良反应,本文综合分析了石墨烯族纳米材料在医药学中的特性,并探究了其对间充质干细胞增殖和成骨分化的影响及其分子机制,以期提高石墨烯族纳米材料在骨组织工程中的研究和应用。In clinical,bone injury repair is a common problem,and bone tissue engineering can help overcome this problem.Graphene family nanomaterials possess potential values of inhibiting bacteria,countering inflammation and serving as bioscaffold etc.in bone tissue engineering.Although graphene family nanomaterials combined with mesenchymal stem cell can contribute to repair bone injury,they have intricate influence on proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cell,the mechanism of which is not clear.To give full play to the application of graphene family nanomaterials in bone tissue engineering and avoid adverse reaction,in this paper,the medical and pharmic properties of graphene family nanomaterials are comprehensively analyzed,as well as the effect of them on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cell and molecular mechanisms of the effects are explored in the hope of enhancing the research and application of graphene family nanomaterials in bone tissue engineering.
