摘 要:文章基于电力企业信息化项目干系人的特点及其动态演化博弈模型,对项目发起人、项目实施单位、项目管理单位演化博弈稳定性进行研究,分析三方在不同策略下的博弈结果。通过研究得出:项目业主选择具有项目后评价、打分、奖惩条款的合同,采取实施单位、管理单位相互监督的管理机制,并加大对项目干系人的奖惩力度,可以在最小参与度下保证项目管理质量,只需要对项目的最终成果进行验收。该研究为提升电力企业信息化项目的管理效率提供了一定的借鉴和帮助。Based on the characteristics of stakeholders in power enterprise informatization projects and their dynamic evolutionary game models,this article studies the stability of the evolutionary game among project initiators,project implementation units,and project management units,and analyzes the game results of the three parties under different strategies.Through research,it has been concluded that project owners can choose contracts with post project evaluation,scoring,and reward and punishment clauses,adopt a management mechanism of mutual supervision between the implementation unit and management unit,and increase the reward and punishment efforts for project stakeholders.This can ensure the quality of project management with minimal participation,and only require acceptance of the final results of the project.This study provides certain reference and assistance for improving the management efficiency of informatization projects in power enterprises.
