摘  要:拜耳法生产氧化铝过程中,需要使用大量氢氧化钠补充氧化铝生产过程中的碱溶液损失,而用来盛装含氢氧化铝强碱溶液的强碱槽是采用普通碳钢材质制作而成。在长期盛装高温、高碱、低固含料浆的强碱槽,在含碱溶液的冲刷下,会容易产生碱脆现象,出现严重泄漏情况。文章针对提高强碱槽耐腐蚀性能进行研究及生产实践,结果表明,溴化丁基橡胶作为衬里材料,能够满足高温、高碱溶液条件下的使用,获得一个满足氧化铝生产工艺要求的高性能内衬橡胶强碱槽,及其施工工艺方法安全可靠。同时,可以降低槽罐泄漏风险,延长强碱槽的使用寿命。During the production of aluminum oxide by Bayer process process,a large amount of sodium hydroxide is needed to supplement the loss of alkali solution during the production of aluminum oxide.The strong alkali tank used to contain strong alkali solution containing Aluminium hydroxide is made of ordinary carbon steel.In strong alkaline tanks containing high-temperature,high alkali,and low solid slurry for a long time,under the erosion of alkaline solution,it is easy to produce alkali brittleness and serious leakage.The article conducts research and production practice on improving the corrosion resistance of strong alkali tank.The results show that brominated Butyl rubber can be used as lining material under the conditions of high temperature and high alkali solution,so as to obtain a high-performance rubber lined strong alkali tank that meets the requirements of alumina production technology,and its construction technology is safe and reliable.At the same time,it can reduce the risk of tank leakage and extend the service life of strong alkali tanks.
