培养技能型人才视域下的高职体育教学模式革新

摘　　要：在培养技能型人才视域下,高职体育教学模式革新已成为当前高职教育改革的重要课题。该研究以文献资料法和逻辑分析法为手段,探讨了高职体育教学模式在培养技能型人才方面的发展要义。研究发现,在实现高职体育教学与技能型人才培养的融合过程中,应重视实践教学环节,注重学生的实际操作能力。同时,多元化教学方式、校企合作机制和与行业对接等方面也需要加强。该研究基于以上发现,提出了培养技能型人才视域下高职体育教学模式革新的发展建议,包括注重实践教学环节、合理运用教学资源、加强与行业的对接等方面。From the perspective of cultivating skilled talents,the innovation of the higher vocational physical education teaching mode has become an important topic in the current reform of higher vocational education.This study uses the literature method and logical analysis method as means to explore the development significance of the higher vocational physical education teaching mode in cultivating skilled talents.The study finds that in the process of realizing the integration of higher vocational physical education teaching and skilled talent cultivation,practical teaching should be paid attention to,students'practical skills should be taken into account,and diversified teaching methods,the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,and docking with industries need to be strengthened.Based on above findings,this study provides suggestions for the development of the higher vocational physical education teaching mode from the perspective of cultivating skilled talents,including emphasizing practical teaching,utilizing teaching resources reasonably and reinforcing docking with industries.
