摘　　要：中华体育精神是中华民族在体育实践中凝聚出的具有家国情怀和时代特征的精神追求,能有效解决新时代大学生面临的理想信念模糊、社会责任感缺乏、艰苦奋斗精神缺失及团队意识淡薄等问题。该文通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法解析中华体育精神的时代内涵与价值,探寻中华体育精神包含的思政元素,找到中华体育精神融入思想政治教育的实现路径,促进高校思想政治教育结合体育实践的多元化发展,实现体育育人和思政育人的双重功效。Chinese sportsmanship is the spiritual pursuit with patriotism and the characteristics of the times that the Chinese nation condensed in the practice of sports,which can effectively solve the problems faced by college students in the new era,such as ambiguous ideals and beliefs,the lack of the sense of social responsibility,the lack of the spirit of hard struggle and the weak sense of teamwork.This paper analyzes the connotation and value of the times of Chinese sportsmanship through the literature method and logical analysis method,explores the ideological and political elements contained in Chinese sportsmanship,and finds the realization path of integrating Chinese sportsmanship into ideological and political education,so as to promote the diversified development of the combination of ideological and political education and sports practice in colleges and universities,and realize the dual effects of sports education and ideological and political education.
