累积生态风险视域下大学生体育参与机制研究

摘　　要：目的:从累积生态风险的角度,探析大学生体育参与机制,同时验证运动承诺的中介效应,为提高大学生体育参与度提供理论支撑。方法:利用相关分析法、Bootstrap检验法和AMOS中介检验法,对随机抽取的沈阳市922名大学生的问卷调查结果进行分析。结果:不同性别和生源地的大学生在累积生态风险、运动承诺和体育参与方面呈显著性差异;累积生态风险与大学生体育参与的直接效应占38.41%,显著负向预测大学生的体育参与;运动承诺的间接效应占61.59%,累积生态风险可以通过运动承诺间接影响大学生的体育参与。结论:应为大学生提供良好的体育锻炼物质环境和人际支持条件,加强对大学生运动承诺的引导,从而促进大学生的体育参与。Objective:To explore the mechanism of college students'sports participation from the perspective of the cumulative ecological risk and also verify the mediating effect of sports commitment,so as to provide theoretical support for improving college students'sports participation.Methods:The questionnaire results of randomly drawn 922 college students in Shenyang were analyzed by the correlational analysis method,Bootstrap test method and AMOS mediation test method.Results:College students of different genders and origins of students showed significant differences in cumulative ecological risks,sports commitment and sports participation,the proportion of the direct effect of the cumulative ecological risk and college students'sports participation was 38.41%,which significantly negatively predicted sports participation,the indirect effect of sports commitment accounted for 61.59%,and the cumulative ecological risk could indirectly affect college students'sports participation through sports commitment.Conclusion:We should provide college students with the good material environment and interpersonal support conditions of physical exercise and strengthen the guidance of college students'sports commitment,so as to promote college students'sports participation.
