摘　　要：目的探讨子宫输卵管超声造影联合生理盐水宫腔声学造影对宫腔粘连性不孕的诊断价值。方法选择在广东省揭阳市人民医院2021年6月至2022年12月就诊的200例疑似宫腔粘连(IUA)性不孕患者,均行子宫输卵管超声造影、生理盐水宫腔声学造影检查,以宫腔镜手术结果为金标准,分析不同检查方法的诊断效能。结果宫腔镜手术结果显示,宫腔粘连性不孕45例(22.50%)。联合检查的准确度、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值高于单一子宫输卵管超声造影、生理盐水宫腔声学造影检查(P<0.05)。不同检查方法特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫输卵管超声造影联合生理盐水宫腔声学造影对IUA性不孕的诊断价值较高,可为临床诊治提供依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hysterosalpingo contrast sonography combined with normal saline sonohysterography in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion infertility.Methods A total of 200 patients with suspected intrauterine adhesion infertility were selected from the Jieyang People’s Hospital,Guangdong Province from June 2021 to December 2022.The hysterosalpingo contrast sonography and normal saline sonohysterography were performed in all patients.The results of hysteroscopic surgery were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of different methods.Results The results of hysteroscopic surgery showed that 45 cases(22.50%)had intrauterine adhesion infertility.The accuracy,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher than those of single hysterosalpingo contrast sonography and normal saline sonohysterography(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity of different examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion hysterosalpingo contrast sonography combined with normal saline sonohysterography has a high diagnostic value for IUA infertility,which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis a nd treatment.
