单轨克氏针撬推复位治疗儿童Judet Ⅳ型桡骨颈骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨单轨克氏针撬推复位治疗儿童JudetⅣ型桡骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2022年5月烟台市烟台山医院小儿骨科接收的44例JudetⅣ型桡骨颈骨折患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各22例。对照组予常规方式治疗,观察组予单轨克氏针撬推复位治疗,对比两组复位效果。结果观察组复位优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单轨克氏针撬推复位法治疗儿童JudetⅣ型桡骨颈骨折复位效果理想,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of monorail Kirschner wire prying and pushing reduction in the treatment of JudetⅣradial neck fracture in children.Methods A total of 44 children with JudetⅣradial neck fracture in the Pediatric Orthopedics Department of Yantai City Yantai Mountain Hospital from March 2018 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the observation group was treated with monorail Kirschner wire prying and pushing reduction.The resetting effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher reduction good rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Monorail Kirschner wire prying and pushing reduction treating children with JudetⅣradial neck fracture has significant clin ical effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
